What Speedy holds

Speedy holds your name, phone number, email address, brokerage, working hours and away dates; the listing notes you send it and the facts taken from them; the messages between your number and each buyer; your WhatsApp connection, which is the account and number identifiers Meta gives us and an access token kept encrypted; a payment reference held by Stripe; and internal records of what each reply cost and where it failed.

What is deleted without you asking

Conversations and their messages are deleted 30 days after the last message in that conversation.

Portal notification records are deleted after 90 days, and buyer phone numbers in them are masked as soon as the notification is parsed.

Delete everything now

To delete everything now, sign in, open your account page and choose Delete account, at https://speedyleads.io/account/delete.

If Meta sent you here

When you remove Speedy from your Meta account, Meta sends us a deletion request and shows you a confirmation code. Keep that code and send it to privacy@speedyleads.io, and we delete everything we hold for that login and write back to confirm.

What we keep, and why

Phone numbers that replied STOP stay on a suppression list so that they are never messaged again, and cost records are kept with no agent and no conversation attached to them.
